The Community Health Officers Programme application form costs ₦15,000 (Fifteen Thousand Naira Only).
2. Entry Qualifications for One-Year Programme
To be eligible for the one-year programme, applicants must meet the following requirements:
✅ Diploma in Community Health or Community Health Extension Worker (CHEW) Certificate
✅ Five (5) credit passes in SSCE (WAEC, NECO, or NABTEB) in not more than two sittings. Required subjects:
- English Language
- Mathematics
- Biology
- Chemistry
- Physics
✅ First degree in Community Health Science, Health Education, Public Health, or HND in Community Health
✅ Postgraduate Diploma (PGD) in a health-related course
✅ Valid practicing license from the Community Health Practitioners Registration Board of Nigeria (CHPRBN)
3. Entry Qualifications for Two-Year Programme
For the two-year programme, applicants must have:
✅ Diploma in Community Health or CHEW Certificate
✅ Five (5) credit passes in SSCE (WAEC, NECO, or NABTEB) in not more than two sittings (same subjects as above)
✅ Valid CHPRBN practicing license
4. Method of Payment
Follow these steps to pay for your application form:
1️⃣ Obtain a Remita Retrieval Reference (RRR) Number from the College of Community Health, JUTH.
2️⃣ Pay the ₦15,000 fee using the RRR number.
3️⃣ Collect an official receipt from the JUTH Accounts Department.
