How to Check Your Admission Status

To find out if you’ve been admitted, follow these simple steps:

  1. Visit the UNN admission portal.
  2. Log in using your JAMB registration details.
  3. Check for your name on Supplementary Lists I, II, or III.
  4. If your name is on the list, congratulations! The next step is to complete the admission process to secure your spot.

Step-by-Step Guide to Completing Your UNN Admission

1. Upload Your O’Level Results

  1. Visit a JAMB-approved CBT centre to upload your O’Level results.
  2. Submit proof of the upload and your JAMB CAPS admission status to the UNN Admissions Office.

Note: Your admission process cannot proceed without this step.

2. Accept Your Admission on JAMB CAPS

  1. Log in to your JAMB CAPS portal.
  2. Accept the admission offer.

Important: If you fail to accept the offer, you won’t receive your JAMB admission letter.

3. Generate Your Payment Invoice

  1. Visit the UNN Portal and log in using your JAMB registration details.
  2. Generate a payment invoice with a Remita number.
  3. Pay the invoice at any commercial bank or the UNN Microfinance Bank.

4. Pay the Acceptance Fee

  1. The acceptance fee is N30,000.
  2. Ensure you use the correct invoice number at the bank.
  3. Collect a confirmation slip containing your Confirmation Number and Invoice Number.

5. Print Your Admission Slip and Complete the Acceptance Form

  1. Log in to the UNN Portal again.
  2. Enter your JAMB Registration Number, Confirmation Number, and Invoice Number.
  3. Print your admission slip and complete the acceptance form.

6. Proceed with Other Fees and Registration

  1. Follow the instructions on the UNN website to make additional payments and complete your course registration.

Key Details to Keep in Mind

Provisional Admission: Your admission is provisional. If you’re found to lack the required qualifications, the admission will be withdrawn.

Acceptance Deadline:

  1. Supplementary I: Friday, 7th February 2025
  2. Supplementary II: Monday, 10th March 2025
  3. Supplementary III: Friday, 21st March 2025

Failure to Accept: If you don’t accept the offer by the deadline, you’ll forfeit your admission.
