Nnamdi Azikiwe University (UNIZIK), Awka, has announced a mandatory fingerprint capture exercise for all students from 26th May to 25th June 2025. Missing your scheduled date could result in restricted access to essential services, including CBT examinations.
To avoid disruptions, students must adhere to their faculty’s assigned date and venue. Below is the complete schedule, locations, and guidelines for a seamless process.
UNIZIK Fingerprint Capture Venues
The exercise will take place at the following locations based on your campus:
- Awka Campus – MICTU (Software Factory)
- Nnewi Campus – Designated Center
- Okofia Campus – Fragani Building
- NAUTH Campus – E-Library Building
- Agulu Campus – Faculty Building
- Arrival Time: 9:00 AM sharp – Latecomers risk exclusion.

What to Bring (and Avoid) for Fingerprint Capture

Failure to complete the UNIZIK biometric registration may lead to:
- Denial of exam access (especially CBT-based tests).
