MAUTECH Postgraduate Admission Requirements

1. Postgraduate Diploma (PGD)

• A Third Class or higher degree from MAUTECH or any recognized university
• HND with Lower Credit (CGPA 3.50 on a 5-point scale)
• Additional departmental screening may apply

2. Master’s Degree (M.Sc., MBA, MPA, etc.)

• Second Class Honours (Upper or Lower Division) in a relevant field
• PGD (Lower Credit or higher) for Third Class or HND holders
• Some departments may require a qualifying examination

3. M.Phil. Programme

• Master’s degree with at least 3.0 CGPA (5-point scale) or 50% WAM
• Possible departmental qualifying exam

4. PhD Admission

• Master’s degree with a minimum 3.50 CGPA
• M.Phil. holders with equivalent CGPA may also apply
• Only degrees from accredited institutions are accepted

General Admission Requirements

1. Five O’Level credits, including English and Mathematics
2. Candidates who graduated before 2004 may be exempted from Maths/English
