Admission Requirements for LUTH SHIM ND/HND Programmes
1. ND in Health Information Management Requirements
To qualify for the ND programme, applicants must have:
✅ Five O’level credits (in no more than two sittings) in:
- English Language
- Mathematics
- Biology
- Chemistry
- Physics
✅ JAMB score of 150 or above
✅ Pass in the SHIM POST UTME screening exam
✅ Valid personal details for registration
✅ Participation in the school’s screening exercise
2. HND in Health Information Management Requirements
For the HND programme, applicants must provide:
✅ Same O’level credits as ND (English, Maths, Biology, Chemistry, Physics)
✅ National Diploma (ND) in Health Information Management from an NBTE-accredited school (minimum Lower Credit)
✅ One year of work experience (industrial/clinical attachment in a recognized health facility)
✅ Valid email address for application updates
✅ Written test and oral interview at the SHIM school hall
