What is JAMB Condonement of Illegitimate Admission?
The Joint Admissions and Matriculation Board (JAMB) has introduced the condonement of illegitimate admission for the 2025/2026 academic session. This process allows candidates who were admitted into tertiary institutions without passing through the Central Admission Processing System (CAPS) to regularize their admission status.
Also known as late (retroactive) application, this service ensures that students who were admitted outside the official JAMB CAPS platform can validate their admission and avoid future complications.
