1. Basic Admission Requirements for AUN
To qualify for AUN’s Post-UTME admission, you must meet the following criteria:
- Minimum JAMB score of 160 (or the official national cut-off for 2025)
- Five (5) credit passes in WAEC, NECO, NABTEB, GCE, or IGCSE (including English & Mathematics) in no more than two sittings
Direct Entry applicants must also provide:
- OND, NCE, HND, A-Level, or IJMB results
- Official transcripts from previous institutions
2. Course-Specific Requirements
Some programmes at AUN have additional subject requirements:
Engineering & Technology Courses
- Credits in Physics & Chemistry
- Further Mathematics & Technical Drawing (advantageous but not compulsory)
Law (LLB Honours)
- Credit in Literature-in-English
Note: Meeting these criteria does not guarantee admission. AUN evaluates applicants based on SS1-SS3 transcripts, O-level results, and JAMB scores.
3. Documents Needed for Application
All applicants must submit:

✔ O-level results (WAEC, NECO, NABTEB, GCE, or IGCSE)
✔ School transcripts (SS1, SS2, SS3)
✔ Recommendation letter from school principal
✔ JAMB result slip (minimum 160 score)
✔ Valid ID (passport, national ID, or driver’s licence)
✔ Personal essay (Why you want to study at AUN & future goals)
Direct Entry/Transfer applicants must also provide:
✔ Diploma/degree certificates (OND, HND, NCE, A-Level)
✔ Official academic transcripts
✔ Direct Entry JAMB/IJMB result
✔ Additional recommendation letter
