What RAIN Offers
Robotics and Artificial Intelligence Nigeria (RAIN), registered under RC1607482 since 2019, is dedicated to bridging the skills gap in emerging technologies. The scholarship provides:
- Intensive 12 or 24-month training in cutting-edge tech fields
- Partial tuition sponsorship worth up to ₦7.7 million
- Starter kits for hands-on learning
- Real-world projects and industry exposure
- Mentorship from tech experts
All programs are hosted in Ibadan, Nigeria, making it an ideal hub for tech enthusiasts.
Available Programs
1. Robot Development and Automation (RDA) – 12 Months
Focus Areas: Robotics design, drone technology, IoT, embedded systems
Program Structure:
- Weeks 1–12: Fundamentals of robotics
- Weeks 13–34: Advanced automation and robotics
- Weeks 35–49: Final project development
- Weeks 50–52: Evaluation and certification
2. Artificial Intelligence & Machine Learning (AIML) – 12 Months
Focus Areas: Python programming, data science, neural networks, NLP, computer vision
Program Structure:
- Weeks 1–12: AI foundations & Python basics
- Weeks 13–34: Advanced AI and machine learning
- Weeks 35–49: Capstone project

3. Combined AIML + RDA – 24 Months
